The space Surrounded by impressive nature and mountain views, we offer first-class comfort and stylish elegance. Treat yourself to a break and enjoy the Kaunertal in summer as well as in winter. Our property is located in Vergötschen at an altitude of 1,311 meters and thus offers ideal conditions for relaxation and activity in the Alps. The house has a spacious ski cellar incl. ski boot heating. Free parking is available right outside the door, and the nearest bus stop is within walking distance. Ski enthusiasts benefit from the proximity to several ski resorts: The Kaunertal Glacier is 22.5 km away and can be reached by a free bus shuttle that stops only 120 m from the house. Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is 20.2 km away, the Fendels ski resort is 11.5 km away, and cross-country ski trails run right behind the house. Thanks to high-speed Internet, comfortable seating and a quiet environment, the apartments are also ideal for working from home. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via the shared stairwell. Access to the house is via a door code at the entrance door. Your apartment has a separate entrance door for which you will receive your own key on site. The entire terrace on your floor is exclusively available to you. A parking space is right in front of the house. We, the Sagowski family, live on the ground floor. Other things to note The local tax of €3.50 per person/day is charged on site in cash (from 15 years of age).
