The master suite is spacious, with a comfortable king size bed, automated curtains and a 55-inch TV. The bathroom has a jacuzzi for two people, as well as a charming reading room and a balcony with incredible views. The house has: • 4 comfortable en-suites, plus an extra room with a double bed; • Master suite equipped with two air conditioners; • Suite with double bed and air conditioning; • Suites with double beds and air conditioning, one of them with an optional extra bed; • Additional bedroom with toilet, double bed, sofa and air conditioning; • 2 support rooms with private bathroom, wardrobe, single bed, fan, minibar, water filter and microwave, ideal for accommodating extra staff or guests. The outdoor area is an invitation to leisure, with a heated pool, outdoor shower and a portable barbecue with counter, perfect for moments of socializing. Other Notes We offer the option of having the service of an experienced employee (cost aside), who will be available to assist with daily tasks and ensure an even more comfortable and peaceful stay for you and your family. Check-in time is from 8 a.m., with flexibility to adjust to your needs. Other things to note The house has the service of an employee (cost not included) with experience in serving your family and all the necessary issues. She starts at 8 a.m. and leaves at 5 p.m. In addition to being responsible for tidying up the house, she can make your breakfast and lunch because she is a good cook. The daily rate is 250 reais and her presence is essential for the proper functioning of the house and your rest. For 6 or more guests, hiring is required. The house has parking for up to 3 medium-sized cars. It is important to provide data for each guest and license plate for entry to the condominium! At check-in and check-out, water, gas and electricity consumption will be measured, and payment will be made separately from the employee's daily payment in cash or by bank transfer. Finally, check-in time is at 2 p.m. and check-out is at noon. We can be flexible in the face of some situation or negotiation.
