Warft Simmerdeis - Apartment 1 in the attic

The thatched-roof house "Warft Simmerdeis" is located on a warft on Eiderstedt and was first mentioned in the books in 1796. The property is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Eiderstedt, which is lined with almost 50 thatched-roof houses, hay-bargains and farmhouses, as well as fields and pastures ordered differently with sheep, cows and horses. A great place to get away from city life and unwind . Due to danger zones, guests are only welcome from the age of 10. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor, directly with stairs access at the entrance. Dining room and kitchen area are separated from the sleeping area with a room divider in a stable look. The shower room is equipped in English style with underfloor heating, Victorian floor tiles, ceramics and fixtures from England. Hair dryer, shampoo, soap and towels are of course provided. Right in front of her apartment is the gallery where you can find a piano and a larger library. Anyone who can play the piano is welcome to play. The garden is fenced in the back area and may be used by my guests and four-legged friends - of course without guarantee, I don't know how much your dog can dig or jump. I feel this place as a place of power full of positive energy and it is autonah to tourist attractions, the Eider and the Wadden Sea. They live here door to door with lovely farmers - there is no pigsty or chicken batteries in the neighborhood. Accordingly, there is no typical odor nuisance or health hazard. All neighbors provide their milk regionally to the Osthusumer Dairy in Witzwort, where there is also a nice farm shop with regional products. Guest access Common spaces are the large hallway with tiled stove and the gallery with a selection of different books to read or play the piano on my mold piano (who can). In addition, my guests may stay in the entire garden in the different areas to picnic, meditate there, or just to look at the water & fields, watch birds in the trees and bushes and possibly see wildlife in the field opposite. The terrace directly at the house is assigned to the guests of the duplex apartment. The terrace to the left of the hallway belongs to the ground floor apartment. During your stay The house is divided into three residential units with common areas and I am often on site because of the vacation apartments management and look forward to nice conversations with my guests.
