Apartment Victor is a stylish studio apartment situated in a beautiful Baroque building just a minute from Charles Bridge. Located in Prague’s Lesser Town on a peaceful, UNESCO-listed street, it’s perfect for guests seeking history, culture, and atmosphere in equal measure. The space The studio is on the first floor (first level above ground, referred to as the second floor in some countries) and is accessible only by stairs. It includes a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and windows facing the quiet street. There is a café on the ground floor of the building. While the café downstairs adds to the charm of the building, it may cause some noise, especially in the evenings before it closes at midnight. We therefore do not recommend this apartment for light sleepers or those with small children. Other things to note Dear guests, We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration). A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions. Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality. For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC). For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings. Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures. If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies. Check-in and check-out outside our standard check-in/check-out hours is possible only upon request in advance, depending on the availability, and for additional charge. The entire listing is strictly non-smoking - including vaping and electronic cigarettes. Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet. Thank you for your understanding.
