This charming village house, perfect for 1 to 4 people, is composed of a comfortable bedroom, a bright living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace with dining area and a small quiet and private garden. House completely renovated in 2024, equipped with fiber optics, air conditioning and electric shutters. Self check-in by secure keybox, childcare equipment and concierge services available upon request. The space This fully renovated house consists: - A bright and decorated living room with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, and dining area for 4 people. - An equipped kitchen open to the living room with induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster (...) and all the necessary dishes. - A cozy bedroom with a double bed and a small wardrobe. (Linens provided) - A bathroom with WC and a spacious shower, a hair dryer. (Bath towels provided) - An outdoor terrace with a dining area (summer season only) - A small private garden very quiet and not overlooked, with the possibility of storing bicycles. For reservations for 2 people who would like separate bedrooms, please let us know in advance so we can leave the sofa bed linens available. A surcharge of €5 will be requested. For bookings for 3 or 4 people, sofa bed linens are already included in the rate. The house is connected to fiber optic, is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with electric shutters for optimal comfort. Access is via a small passage between two shops where you will find a lockbox for a self check-in. Our four-legged friends are welcome subject to: - Do not give them access to the bed or the sofa (for obvious hygiene reasons) - Do not leave any droppings in the property. Additional fees will be applied automatically in case of non-compliance with these rules and/or damage caused by your pets. Childcare equipment is available upon request and availability: - An umbrella bed (with mattress) - A high chair - A sunbed - A car seat (from 15kg) - A cane stroller A concierge is available for all your requests (on quote and subject to availability): Breakfast delivery (from €15/person or from €20/person for brunch), bouquet of flowers, picnic basket, romantic decoration, replacement of linens during your stay, and more. Guest access Access is via a common passage between two shops (to the left of the wine shop "Le Cellier") A key box is located near the front door of the house, the code of which will be communicated to you on the day of your arrival. Other things to note CONCIERGE SERVICE: The house is managed by a private concierge, at your disposal for all your requests for delivery of meals/breakfast/flowers, rental of childcare equipment, SNCF train station transfer, preparation of romantic surprise in the accommodation, cleaning during the stay etc. (non-exhaustive list). LINEN: Linens (sheets and bath towels) are provided, and beds are made before your arrival (except the sofa bed). CLEANING FEES: We have chosen not to charge the cleaning fee. Everything you need for maintenance is available in the accommodation so you can make the accommodation as clean as you found it on arrival. However, you can opt for the "cleaning" option at the rate of €25/stay by letting us know when booking. PETS: Pets are welcome in our home. However, we ask their owners to show respect for the accommodation and other guests, namely: - Pick up droppings, including in the street - Do not allow access to the sofa and bed (A cleaning fee will be systematically applied in case of non-compliance with these rules) - Do not disturb the calm of the neighborhood
