This beautifully restored, 18th century, stone-built, two-storey cottage, overlooks Coney Island Bay, on the Co. Down Coast, between the Mourne Mountains and Strangford Lough. Ideal base for touring, walking, golfing, or just chilling out by the sea. The space The house has gas fired central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a two oven/ eight ring, gas/electric range, a large sitting room with multi fuel burning stove, mezzanine sitting area, looking over Coney Island Bay to the south and the courtyard to the north. Three large twin bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms, one with a balcony with a view of the Mournes. One double bedroom with adjoining bathroom. One single bedroom, with access to the walled patio garden. There is one double bedroom beside the delightful seahorse bathroom. Downstairs, a single bedroom has a door opening onto the walled patio garden. The downstairs bathroom features a starfish mosaic shower, while the large downstairs twin bedroom features the level deck shower room with a carpet shark mosaic decorating the floor. The downstairs is level to allow easy access for people with mobility issues. There is plenty of storage space in the utility/cloakroom and a washing machine.
