Casa Luigia, situated in the small picturesque hill-side village of Tessi, is the perfect getaway for people who love mountains, tranquillity and nature. Despite its quiet location, it is only 5km away from the sea side village of Moneglia. The independent apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2-floor house and is surrounded by a big garden, with lush vegetation and olive trees, where you could relax and admire the sourrounding mountains and the sea in the distance. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2-floor traditional Ligurian house house and it has an indipendent entrance. The property is surrounded by a big garden with trees and plants. There is a small table & chairs to sit under an umbrella and relax . Simply yet tastefully decorated, the apartment maintains the old charm of a traditional countryside home found in the Italian Riviera, in combination with modern comfort. The 40sqm apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen - with microwave, fridge, cooker with oven, washing machine, kettle and toaster-, one open-plan living room/bedroom with a double bed and a dining table, a small room with 2 bunk beds, a small bathroom - with shower and toilet with spray hose. Please note that, although the 2 beds are located in two separate spaces, there is no door separating the two rooms so the space may suit better a family or couples. Free Wifi available. There is private parking inside the property. Please note that there are no shops in the village of Tessi, the nearest supermarket are in Moneglia (10-15 mins drive), or biggest/cheapest options in Casarza (15 mins drive) and Sestri Levante (20 mins drive). Guest access Guests have access to the apartment on the ground floor and the garden/patio Other things to note At your arrival you will be welcomed by one of the co-hosts (Cristina and Paolo). They will show you the amenities of the house and they will ask you the documents, the tourist tax (1 euro per person per night-adults older than 14 years old- for a maximum of 7 nights in the period 1st March-31st october) . If you arrive outside the check in hours, you will receive in advance the information for self check in and details about the property. In this case, the co-hosts will visit you on the following day.
