The space Our property offers the following features: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the 2nd floor with 9' ceilings. A covered porch and deck located on the 2nd story, offering elevated, panoramic views of the Belgrade Lakes chain. Enjoy the gorgeous, sunset views that dominate the surroundings, with a sandy beach right at your doorstep. House Rules: No smoking inside the house or on the premises. Activities: Summer- Roller skating at our nearby roller rink. Indulge in ice cream conveniently located uphill. Engage in golfing, fishing, tubing and horseback riding. Freeport Outlets is only an hour away for great shopping. Winter- Numerous skiing options. Snowmobiling, with available rentals and extensive trail networks. Ice fishing, snow tubing, and ice skating. The general store remains open year-round. WiFi: Included! Guest access Parking allows for 2 vehicles. Both to be parked in the same direction, one closest to the door (electrical box) and the other parked closely next to it. There are 2 signs on the house that show you exactly where these parking spots are located. Any extra vehicles may be parked across the street , by the dumpster, where there is an overflow parking lot. Other things to note This is an association. Please be mindful of our neighbors. Please respect that there are absolutely no parties allowed. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. No open fires, however we do have a propane fire pit for you to enjoy. NO SMOKING inside the property or on the premises, including vaping. Violations will be subject to immediate cancellation, without refund. There is a dock in front of the house that is accessible to guests. However, the docks off the end point are off limits. They belong to dock owners. Please be respectful of that.
