Feel our Mid-Century Modern & Scandi Lake Cabin vibes! Features a level walkout to lake, private beach, sauna, and docks. Split-level home has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors on both floors that flood the living areas with light and gorgeous lake views. This well-appointed home has a beautiful kitchen, a bar, and all kinds of lake-life amenities designed for your enjoyment! ***There is currently a home under construction next door. Our price has been adjusted to reflect this** The space Upper Level There are seven stairs up to the comfortable living area with wood-burning double fireplace and access to the deck, gas bbq grill, flat-top grill and a large gourmet kitchen with seating at the huge quartz island as well as a dining table that seats 6. Since this is our home when we are not traveling, you will find the kitchen fully stocked with dishes, glassware, serving pieces, baking dishes and appliances. Down the hall you will find an office workspace, with a desk, ergonomic chair and an Architect’s vintage drafting table. There is a full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, a spacious King Bedroom suite with sitting area and powder room with a sink and toilet. The entire upper level features wood floors. Lower Level This space features a carpeted family room, double-sided wood burning fireplace, a fully stocked bar with ice machine, and walkout to the electric sauna,small patio area and the lake! You’ll find games, books,puzzles,children’s toys, and playroom space as well. Moving down the hall will be a laundry room, a small full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, as well as two lock-off closet areas where we stash our rando stuff while traveling. There is another King Bedroom, and next door is a flex space that is currently set up for our granddaughter 🥰 as a quiet space with a rocking lounger. Guest access Guests access the home via self-check-in door code. Multiple parking spots in driveway. Garage access for swim and beach toys.
