The space A luxurious three-storied bungalow, perfectly situated on the banks of the Brahmaputra River. Enjoy breathtaking views, serene surroundings, and a peaceful retreat that combines comfort and elegance. Property Overview: • Second Floor - two spacious bedrooms. A dining table located in the hallway between both the rooms which can be used. • Third Floor: A beautiful suite featuring two bedrooms, each attached with a private balcony with river view perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening breeze. ( Both the rooms can be booked individually in which case the living area will be shared, however we recommend you to book it as a suite for a better deal ) A comfortable living room equipped with dining table make it ideal for cozy gatherings or relaxing indoors. • An additional 55 inch smart TV is available in the living area of the Suite. The third floor is your personal retreat, offering all the modern amenities you need, paired with the charm of panoramic river views. Whether you’re relaxing in your room or unwinding on the balcony, this space provides the perfect escape from the hustle bustle of the city. Amenities: •. All our beds are fitted with 8-10 inch premium mattresses and pillows. •. All rooms come with smart tv's, AC, kettle, mini fridge, geyser • Free hi speed Wi-Fi • smart tv's in all the rooms. sizes- 43, 49 and 55inch in the living area of the Suite. Guest access Guests has a separate entry to all our rooms and Apart from the room guests can also access the shared spaces like our terrace and patio area to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee, enjoy a beautiful sunrise/sunset or just to do some yoga or regular exercise. Terrace timings 6 am - 7pm . During your stay Me and our caretaker will just be a call away throughout your stay to accomodate your needs and requirements :) Other things to note Provision for extra beds for one extra person in each room in case three people wishes to stay, it’s available at an additional cost of Rs800 (which needs to be mentioned while booking) Guests staying for a long term can avail a dedicated kitchen facility. Kamakhya visit and Darshan can be arranged on prior request. We can also help you with preparing an itinerary for your travel plans in and around Guwahati, Assam and Northeast. Couple friendly as long as both the individuals are 18+ and submit their respective id's . Extra guests, parties and loud music strictly not allowed as it is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
