Located within walking distance to everything, it’s only 100 meters from the beach and a short stroll from the shops, golf course, tennis courts, and the local pub. On sunny beach days, you'll find all the beach towels, snorkels, and goggles you need for a fun day by the water. We also provide tennis racquets and a selection of board and card games for your entertainment. The home features 2 spacious double bedrooms and 4 additional rooms with 2 single beds in each, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups. The kitchen is stocked with essential basics like herbs, spices, and oils, and the small kitchen table seats 4. For larger groups, a bigger dining table in the sunroom is perfect for family meals. Situated on a large 1500m² block, the property offers plenty of room for children to play and run around. The house opens out onto a private, north-facing deck and a fully enclosed courtyard, offering peace, privacy, and ample space for outdoor enjoyment. The location is also ideal for exploring the many coastal attractions, including the famous 12 Apostles, just a 30-minute drive away. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and we trust you will look after it as if it were your own. Please keep in mind that the owners also use the property from time to time so some of their belongings remain at the house. Other things to note Our home is pet-friendly, and we welcome well-behaved pets (maximum 2 dogs). We provide food and water bowls and dedicated towels to dry your furry friends off after a trip to the beach. The property is fully enclosed with a private, high fenced courtyard, ensuring privacy and security. Please bring your own pet bedding, and we kindly ask that pets not be left unattended inside the house. We also ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds, and that you clean up after them in the garden before departure. If you have pets or children staying with you, be aware that Peterborough is home to snakes, bugs and lizards as well as many other types of wildlife and they may come onto the property. Also: Getting Around While there is a bus service to Warrnambool (which has a train station) and Port Campbell, we recommend traveling by private vehicle to fully explore the area. There is ample parking space on the property. Peterborough Airport also offers chartered flights as needed . Important Notes: • Smoking is not permitted indoors; ashtrays are provided for outdoor use. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. • There is one bathroom and one separate toilet shared by all guests • There is no dishwasher • There is no air conditioning • There is no TV unless requested at least 2 weeks in advance. • The home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. We do not allow extra guests to stay on air mattresses, in tents, or caravans. • For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict "no party" policy, and fires/fire pits are not permitted in the garden.
