Important conditions: ✔ Pets Indoors (Unauthorized): If a pet is found inside the property without prior approval, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover pet hair, odours, and any extra cleaning required. ✔ Damage to Grass or Landscaping: If a pet causes damage to the lawn or landscaping, a $100 fee will apply to cover repair or restoration costs. ✔ Damage to Property: Any damage caused by pets, whether indoors or outdoors, will incur a $100 fee to cover repairs or replacements.
