Located in a small village in the Lot, 15 km from Cahors, this old, newly renovated barn offers a stay in the countryside for 4 people. The accommodation consists of an open-plan kitchen on the ground floor with a very bright living room with underfloor heating. A laundry area, a bathroom with shower and toilet. For your comfort, the floor has reversible air conditioning, including 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet as well as an office and dressing area. The space Parking is possible just in front of the house or in front of a free public parking lot. In the center of the village, 100 m from the accommodation, you will find a small shop with a bread depot. Bathroom linens and bed sheets are not systematically provided For your convenience, packages per stay are offered, rates are to be requested from the owner if you wish. A security deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival, refundable once the inventory has been completed. The cleaning must be done before your departure, an optional cleaning package is offered at 40 euros.
