Welcome to Raven Studio! Conveniently located just minutes off the Bruce Highway This fully self-contained studio is part of the main residence yet completely independent, separated by a solid wall to ensure privacy. With your own private entrance through the garage, the studio opens into a light-filled space featuring an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a separate bathroom with both bath and shower, and a welcoming lounge area with a kitchenette. Designed for comfort and convenience The space Welcome to Raven Studio — a light-filled, self-contained space designed for both comfort and convenience. The air-conditioned bedroom features a comfortable double bed with quality linen and is thoughtfully set up for both short and longer stays. Guests have access to a large chest of drawers, built-in wardrobes, and a small desk—ideal if you need a quiet space to work from home. The sitting room includes a small smart TV so you can log in to your favourite streaming services, while the dining table and chairs provide the perfect spot for meals or catching up on work. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and filtered water. For year-round comfort, the studio has ceiling fans in all rooms, and the entire studio benefits from the air conditioning in the bedroom. The bathroom includes both a bath and a shower, with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large swimming pool located within the complex. Please note this is a shared space with other residents, and pool towels are provided for your convenience A laundry is also available for your use, making longer stays simple and convenient. Your stay at Raven Studio is designed to be both relaxing and practical, with everything you need for a comfortable home away from home. Guest access The studio is yours to enjoy, providing complete privacy and a private entrance through the automatic garage door. The remote for the garage door is securely stored in a locked box within the electricity box on the front patio, accessible with a code. Please ensure the remote and key are returned to the locked box upon departure, as a charge will be incurred for any items accidentally taken. Free parking is available next to my unit, although it can occasionally get busy. If needed, there’s ample visitor parking within the complex as well as on the street nearby. Other things to note This is noted in the house rules: I may occasionally need to access the garage for personal items. Rest assured, this will always be done quietly and with the utmost respect for your privacy.
