We just added a new wrap around patio with an outdoor table/umbrella and string lights for additional outdoor space to enjoy. There is also a picnic table and grills (charcoal and gas) on the lawn next to the patio. In addition, guests will have shared access to the Whitewater River. The river and seasonal beach (water-level dependent) is accessed by walking across a flat lawn and then down a grassy hillside/ river bank. Other things to note Note that the river access point is shared with the Whitewater River House, our other listing (airbnb.com/h/whitewater-river-house-both-units). The Whitewater River House is adjacent to the river, has a large picnic pavillion, and has river views (usually, the Yellow Farmhouse does not have river views due to vegetation). Contact us if you would like to rent both places for larger family reunions, etc Parking We are boat friendly but please let us know if you are bringing one so we can help guide you in parking it, if needed. The gravel parking area consists of a long Y on both sides of the house (see pictures). We can accommodate 3 cars or 2 cars and a trailer with this layout. Note that one car will have to park behind another if there are 3 cars.
