While it may be a bit far from the town center, it is conveniently located near attractions such as Lion's Head, Loakan Airport, the Great Wall of Baguio, and the Philippine Military Academy (PMA). 1-2 minutes drive to Great wall of Baguio (Kawa) 5-8 minutes drive to Camp John Hay (The Manor, Yellow trail, Christmas village, Baguio Country Club) 5-8 minutes drive to Lion's head 10 - 15minutes drive to Mines View Park, Botanical Garden, The Mansion and Wright Park 🏙️ 10-15 minutes drive to town ( Seasion Rd., Burnham lake, Sm Baguio) We offer ample parking space and a charming mini garden in the front yard. Our guests can enjoy grilling and bonfires upon request. You'll be captivated by the stunning views of the mountains and the Great Wall of Baguio from our property. Relax and soak in the beautiful scenery while sipping your coffee. Guest access Our property offers convenient access for all guests, ensuring you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re exploring our stunning views, enjoying our amenities, or gathering with family and friends, everything you need is just a step away. 🌟 Experience seamless access and embrace the ultimate comfort during your stay! Other things to note Pets are allowed with a cleaning fee, but please kindly observe the following guidelines: To help maintain a clean environment, we kindly ask that pets are not allowed in the bedroom or on the sheets. Pets should not sleep on the beds—please bring their own bed. If possible, please groom your pet(s) before arriving to minimize shedding and mess. To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends. Small dogs should wear diapers to help maintain cleanliness. Maximum Number of Pets:Guests are permitted a maximum of 2 pets during their stay. Exceeding the Pet Limit:If a guest brings more than 2 pets, an additional fee of 1,000.00 per extra pet will be charged, in addition to the cleaning fee. Cleaning Fee:A one-time payment of 380.00 for one pet, and 750.00 for two pets. We kindly ask that guests with pets understand that the cleaning fee is necessary. It helps cover the extra effort needed to remove pet fur from blankets (regardless of the rules), eliminate odors, and ensure the space stays fresh and cozy for future guests. We recognize that your pets are like family, but adhering to these rules is essential for maintaining a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone. ***Please understand that these rules are in place not to inconvenience you, but to ensure a harmonious and clean space for all guests.
