A large parking area, situated right by the house is at guests full disposal. There is also an outside BBQ in the courtyard and it is free to use Guest access All of our guests have unlimited access to the following: furnished shaded terrace, outdoor BBQ, spacious front yard with private parking area, 2 balconies, all of the appliancies inside the house (free Wi-Fi, 50" smart TV, 42" smart TV, 4 A/C units, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, 3 fridges, toaster/sandwich maker, 2 microwaves, iron, 2 hair-dryers, vacuum cleaner.. etc.) Other things to note The two floors of the house are not connected internally. The house is located near the Adriatic road (approx. 30 m), so a little noise made by passing cars is possible, but since the inside area is air-conditioned and when ever the windows and doors are closed, the noise gets completely neglected. While staying in Brsecine, for any type of moving around and further exploring of the area, having or hiring a car is highly recommended
