Cozy Cottage

Come stay at this enchanting cottage in the midst of the most beautiful gardens on the North Fork. Centrally located, but you’ll feel Like you’re away from everyone and everything in this magical place. You have access to the neighboring pool at the main estate, fresh eggs from our chickens, walking trails, and more. Private chef and yoga available upon request for additional fee. The space This is a lovely cottage, located adjacent to the home of the main estate (where the pool is located), very secluded and private. Just a quick explanation of the setup of the interior. The second bedroom located downstairs was once an extension built on, so the bathroom acts as the connector for this bedroom, a jack and jill bathroom, if you will. You can access the main living area of the house from this bedroom through the bathroom, or there is also a separate entrance through the back for this bedroom as well. The upstairs bedroom is a very large loft style room with a king bed and attached office/third bedroom with day bed (two twin mattresses). There are french doors to separate these two rooms. Other things to note We do allow pets. However, if you don’t notify us of said pet in your reservation (even if is a service animal), and we see visual evidence of a pet upon your departure, we will request additional cleaning fees.
