Studio has queen-sized bed in tent decorated Bedroom, a 3 piece bathroom with rainfall shower, kitchenette with electric skillet, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, utensils, an open concept living/dining, wooden picnic table, chairs, hammock, fireplace, and comfy chaise lounge. ATV, hiking, snowmobile, trails/parks are 2-60 mins. away. The space _You'll arrive to an immaculately clean and very spacious nature themed studio. -This is an "ADULT ONLY" Nature/Camping Themed Studio. Great for relaxing inside by the fireplace, or outside under the stars. Enjoy the screened in porch while listening to the birds or take a hot rainfall shower in a delightful old fashion barrel tub. But, most importantly, it is your unique relaxing space, in a nature, grounding style. -No Pets or Animals* It is a Non-Smoking , Allergy Free, No animals, environment. We want to be able to comfortably host any future guest(s), and be considerate towards our housekeeper(s), that have pet allergies. If guest(s) bring Pets or Animals on or in the property, guests will be charged $100.00 and extra cleaning charges. Guest(s) will also be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. Unfortunately, due to pet allergies, I am not able to accommodate service animals. -5G high speed network is perfect for all your streaming needs or working from the studio and the TV has many TV/movie watching applications. -It is not suitable for children and infants. - The Studio has a queen-sized bed in tent decorated Bedroom and a star/nebula projector, a 3 piece bathroom, a kitchenette with electric skillet, microwave, hot water kettle, and toaster, and an open concept living/dining area with picnic table, mini fridge, wooden bench, chair and comfy chaise lounge, a hammock, an electric fireplace, star lights and look for all the wonderful nature pieces as decor such as branches from an artistic beaver or a piece of drift wood that looks like a cross or a deer. Let your imagination run wild with all the “what do you see” pieces. -Luggage drop-off allowed. For the guests convenience when they have early arrival. It is available after 12:00 p.m. to allow time for the previous guests to check out. Late departure/check out fees are available. -The studio is for stays of 2 nights or longer. Anyone on business, in the area as a Military member on temporary duty. Anyone on a short-term work assignment at CNL. A student going to school. A family member needed in the area for a month or two. Anyone on a monthly visit to the area. -Advantages of long term stays: Cost-effective: Guests can save money by booking longer stays, which can offer discounts of up to 55%. 1 month and over stays qualify for a 55% discounts Convenience: Guests can settle into a single accommodation and establish a routine. Guest access -Self check-in with 1 Lock Box with code, containing keys for Front/Back Main Entrance Breezeway doors and Studio/Bedroom/Livingroom entrance doors. Codes will be given by Airbnb email, on day of check in. -Guest is responsible for turning off lights and locking doors when they enter and leave the property. -The Studio has a separate entrance door at the rock gardens in the breezeway. The front door, back door, breezeway, yard and porch are shared spaces. -Please watch the step in the Breezeway. CAUTION signs are in the breezeway as a reminder. -Please NO outdoor footwear is to be worn inside the studio. Please REMOVE your outside footwear in the breezeway, and place them on the provided shoe/boot trays beside the back and front doors, in the breezeway. Absolutely NO outside footwear inside the studio or extra cleaning fees will be applied. - Lots of Slippers are provided for your visit. 3 sizes of black Adidas slide sandals and 2 sizes of black and grey knitted stretch slippers. They are located inside the studio door in a basket, and washed after each check out. Slide sandals and knitted stretch slippers are to be worn ONLY indoors. If guest(s) wear slides or slippers outdoors, a replacement of slides/slippers fee will be applied. Other things to note Whether you are in the area on holidays, visiting family & friends or on business, in the area as a Military member on temporary duty, on a short-term work assignment at CNL, or renting space to promote healing modalities, you will feel grounded, during your stay, in this unique, "ADULT ONLY", nature themed studio. Don’t forget to consider this area for all the ATV/snowmobile trails that start 2 minutes from the studio and scope out the area for adventures like, hiking, walking, biking, boating, kayaking, canoeing, SUP days, golfing, snowshoeing, x-country & downhill skiing, and caves that are all 2 to 60 minutes away. We are also 5-10 minutes to downtown, restaurants, malls, grocery stores, liquor and beer store, laundry mat, all with free parking. Algonquin College is a 5 minute drive from the studio. -Two sleeping bag blankets, a fitted and flat sheet and two pillows are provided. Two extra soft large blankets and two plush throws are also available on a shelf beside the bedroom. -The maximum property capacity in the nature themed studio is 2 “registered” guests. Extra non-registered guest(s) or visitor(s) are not permitted on the property. If non-registered guests are found on the property, registered guests will be charged $100.00 for each non-registered guests and will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. -Keep all doors closed to prevent wild animals and bugs from entering the house. -Enjoy a welcome gift of coffee, tea, special treats that is on the kitchenette counter and in case shampoo or body wash was forgotten, a gift bottle of 2-IN-1 Organic gentle hydrating liquid shampoo and body soap, has been placed by the towels, in the bathroom. Please acknowledge that the consumable welcome gifts are all sealed. Please enjoy but it is up to the discretion of the guests and inspection of labels/ingredients before consuming these items. Also here are the ingredients for the 2-IN-1 liquid shampoo and body soap in the gift bottle. Ingredients are Aqua, Potassium Oleate from sunflower oil, Potassium Cocoate from coconut oil, Glycerin, Potassium Citrate, and Citric Acid. It is formulated without surfactants, parabens, sulfates (SLS & SLES), PEGS, PPG or DEA, glycols, phthalates, or mineral oil compounds, and the Bottle is BPA-free, and TSA-approve. Please enjoy the gifts, but it is up to the discretion of the guests to inspection of all ingredients before using these items. The host is not responsible for any adverse outcomes that guests might experience if they chose to use the consumables or the 2-IN-1 liquid shampoo and body soap. Also an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towel, hand & dish soaps, and cleaning supplies have been provided. Safety considerations- -Not suitable for children and infants. -Caution sign is in breezeway for awareness of a step up/down. -NO standing or jumping on the bed or furniture. -DO NOT stand/jump or swing on the hammock. -DO NOT stand/climb/ or swing too high, on the 10foot swing. -ONLY one person at one time, on the 10foot swing. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the property. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest(s). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guest(s) are expressly assuming the risks and harm arising from their use of the property.
