Guesthouse in Glen Arm

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Surrounded by nature, this is a great place to disconnect. Bifold windows and doors throughout with screens. We are within walking distance to hiking trails at Loch Raven Reservoir. The reservoir and the trails are walkable. You will need to drive to get to other attractions, such as an ice creamery 8 min, a winery 10 min, golf courses nearby. Towson is a short 15 minute drive with lots of restaurants. A quick 30 minute drive to the city. The space Most doors and windows are bifold with screens. It feels like indoor outdoor living. We are in a peaceful neighborhood. The house is on a private shared driveway. This guesthouse is on the same property as the main house. Guest house is in close proximity to main house. However there is plenty of privacy for both houses. We have a bulldog named Lucy, if you are lucky she will stop by for a visit. Guest access There are 2 lower decks on the house. There is a flat grass area behind the house, feel free to enjoy. You can explore the wooded areas as well. To get to the entry door follow the path down the side of the house. Other things to note To get to the house you must walk down a stair path. The house is a wooded area. There is a small creek/runoff that may have water flow next to the property. We see tons of wildlife here. Birds, deer, squirrels, fox, turtles and more. Given that our house is in the woods, there's a possibility we might encounter some insects. We do our best to keep everything clean and all of the critters outside where they belong. We have well water. We will provide spring water for drinking. No smoking or vaping in the house. No parties. There is one dedicated parking spot , addition parking on street.
