Our cosy two-bedroom house sleeps up to four people and is the perfect base for exploring Exeter. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a comfortable living room with a log burner and a private terraced garden. The house is located within walking distance of both the city centre and the Quayside, giving you easy access to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Whether you're here for a short stay or a longer visit, you’ll find comfort and convenience throughout. The space -Living Area: Comfortable lounge with plenty of seating and smart TV following into a spacious dinning area. -Kitchen: Well-equipped with all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. -Bedroom 1: Upstairs a cosy room with a double bed, desk/dressing table and single wardrobe. -Bedroom 2: Upstairs a spacious room with a king-sized bed, hanging space and a large chest of drawers. -Bathroom: A stylish downstairs bathroom featuring a large roll-top bath/shower. Outside: -Walled garden offering a peaceful space to relax or enjoy the outdoors. -Outdoor sofa available April–September only Extras: -Fresh linen and towels provided -High-speed Wi-Fi for work or relaxation - Log Burner - Please note: logs for the fire are provided October - April. Location: 7-minute walk to the Quay 8-minute walk to the town centre 8-minute walk St. Luke’s Campus Quiet, central location with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Ideal for couples, small groups. Parking: We do not have private parking at the property. Free temporary parking is available nearby, there are many spaces with a 2-hour limit (no return within 4 hours) these restrictions only apply 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday so you are able to park unrestricted from 4pm-11am, and all day on a Sunday. Outside of these hours you would need to move your vehicle to a new space after 2 hours. For a more permanent solution there are two car parks a few minutes walk from the house called ‘Magdalen street car park’ and ‘Magdalen road car park’ (which is marginally closer) and the prices are: 2 hours £4.50, 3 hours £5.60, 4 hours £6.70, 5 hours £7.80, 6 hours £8.90, 7 hours £10.00, All day £18.00. Or we recommend using JustPark, an app where nearby properties rent out a parking space/driveway!
