Located in San Jorge, Rivas. Rivas is a city and main hub and bus station to get around in South Western Nicaragua to all the Pacific surfing beaches like San Juan Del Sur, Ometepe Island and Popoyo. Our place is located in a small neighborhood about 3 kilometers to the Ometepe Ferry Launch, one of the top 10 places to visit in Nicaragua. Giving you the opportunity to visit the island during the day and make it back in time to have a good nights rest. The space Our place is a bright, well-designed and equipped with all the things that make you feel comfortable and at home. It has a lovely terrace with the beautiful view of the trees. The apartment is in a neighborhood so you’ll hear some outside noise (pigs, chickens, dogs, people selling merchandise, etc..) but the nose is tolerable, nothing unbearable. Guest access Private entry with a pad lock. Our neighbors are very kind and respectful. The apartment is located upstairs, so you’ll have lots of privacy. Our neighbors have a few dogs that are loose, but they’re very nice and playful. At times the dogs may come up to say hi, so please don’t be alarmed. They are very nice. Other things to note WIFl is very fast and stable. We also work from home, so we rely on steady internet. At times though the power goes out in the mornings for about 2 or 3 minutes. But it normally comes right back. If you need more of a steady signal, I suggest buying a prepaid simcard for your cell phone. Claro would be your best option. Keep in mind though, our neighbors have dogs that bark from time to time which may affect your work environment and at times your sleep. We suggest turning on the portable fan to help drown out the barking noise. It’s not too bad though. You keep your apartment clean yourself. At the end of your stay, we ask you to leave everything clean or, if desired, we can do the final cleaning for an additional fee.
