You will have a lockable room with a key, along with all the in-room setups for your personal use. Outside your room, the bathroom, kitchen, and living area are shared common spaces with other friendly Airbnb guests who may also be staying in the house Parking is flexible, you may use the front yard parking if available, or park on the curb side in front or around the house. Please Park with others in mind. Additionally, the front section and the house-side area of the property belong to a separate reservation and are not shared with this listing. Other things to note CONTROL SOUND LEVEL: The partition walls between rooms have only relative soundproofing, so you may hear phone conversations or loud laughter from the neighbouring room.
