Design Apartment Leo include a kitchen-studio, a living room, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. The total area of the apartment is 75 m2. Simultaneously in the apartment can comfortably live up to 3 adults. Maximum occupancy: a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is furnished with new furniture, carefully selected in accordance with the style of the interior: Queen size bed (160 cm × 200 cm) with an orthopedic mattress, bedside tables, large mirror, two sofas (one of which in the unfolded form is 200 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, soft lounge chair, coffee table, built-in kitchen, round dining table with “Irish” chairs. Also, the apartment is equipped with necessary household appliances and equipment: air conditioner, 43-Inch 4K Smart TV, fridge, washing machine, water heater, «hotel» safe, kitchen cooking surface, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and cutlery. Guests have unlimited access to high-speed Internet (100 Mbps) and Netflix online service for watching movies. The apartment is situated in a new high-rise modern residential complex of business class. The territory of the complex is equipped with the access control and video surveillance system and is under 24-hour surveillance of the security service, so our guests can be absolutely confident in their safety. The security deposit is paid in cash. The deposit will be fully refunded at the time of check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property. - Visiting the apartment by other people, except for registered guests, is strictly forbidden at any time of the day. - Changing of bed linen and cleaning of the apartments occurs once a week.
