Designed for 2–3 guests, it’s the perfect base to explore the surrounding area. • 1-minute walk to the train station • 1-minute walk to major grocery stores, bakeries, and butcher shops • 5-minute walk to restaurants • 5-minute drive to the A62 motorway • 30-minute drive to Kaiserslautern or Saarbrücken The space • Bedroom: Modern bedroom with a cozy double bed and wardrobe – perfect for a restful night. • Living Room: Inviting, comfortable living room with a sofa bed, TV, and dining table – ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. • Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals, including dishwasher, fridge, oven, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, Sodastream, and more. • Bathroom: Comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine for longer stays, including towels. • Outdoor Area: Enjoy the garden right in front of the house when the weather is nice – perfect for outdoor breakfast or a little break. • Parking: Free parking directly at the house. Guest access Key handover and a personal introduction to the accommodation (for arrivals between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the day of arrival) will take place directly on site. Otherwise, or if specifically requested, the key will be provided via a key box. Other things to note - Final cleaning fee is €35 - For longer stays, weekly cleaning can be arranged upon request – we charge €35 per week for this service as well.
