You’ll find yourself right at home in our lovely 2 bedroom upper flat. Enjoy the summer sounds of the activities from your private deck over looking the shared patio. Private parking for 2plus cars. There is NO cleaning fee but we do ask you to do a few things before checking out to avoid a $75 cleaning fee. Please strip beds, gather all dirty linens and towels and place them on the bathroom floor. Please wash and replace dishes where you found them and carry out the trash. The space You will need to walk a flight of stairs to reach the upper flat in addition to the 3 stairs leading to the entrance. This 2 bedroom flat has all of the amenities you will need to feel right at home, including a washer and dryer in the basement. Enjoy some time on the newly added private deck overlooking the patio and back yard. Please know that the patio and back yard are shared spaces with possible guests staying in the lower unit. Guest access The upper flat is for your own private use. The only shared space with possible lower flat guests is the outdoor patio and back yard. To enter the flat you will be entering through the side door directly off of the main driveway. The entrance requires you to walk up 3 steps to the doorway. Other things to note We are not equipped to have young children nor do we accept pets.
