The space Our home provides refuge from the moment you step inside. Our mudroom provides the perfect transition space from your outdoor adventures, and connects into our beautifully decorated living room. The living room features impressive cathedral ceilings that create an airy, expansive feel. Sink into the comfortable couch with ottoman, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure or enjoying your favorite shows on the TV. There are beautiful French doors from the living room that step into the sunroom featuring a dining table and chairs that perfectly serve as your morning sanctuary. Imagine starting your day here, coffee in hand, as sunlight filters through the surrounding trees, creating an ethereal dining experience at any hour. Our kitchen has everything you need for creating everything from simple breakfasts to gourmet dinners: full-sized refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, and tea kettle. The wooden bathroom adds to the cabin's character with its stunning claw foot tub. Experience a touch of nostalgia with the hand-held shower - a unique feature that adds to the authentic mountain experience (note that the shower is only hand-held and is not a standing shower). Two serene bedrooms, each furnished with plush queen-sized beds, provide comfortable sleeping spaces and all linens are provided for your convenience. Finally, embrace the fresh air and tree-surrounded privacy on your deck, where Adirondack chairs await your morning coffee or evening wind-down. Your treetop escape awaits! Guest access - Guests have access to the entire property. - Fresh linens, blankets and towels, all cookware, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, etc... all provided. -The following items are also supplied (enough to get you started): toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. We supply salt and pepper, and other kitchen spices. Other things to note • Our bathtub is a charming claw tub- however please note that the shower only has a hand shower sprayer. • Wifi is included, but Augur Lake itself has limited cell service. It's the nature of the Adirondacks and its not uncommon for wifi to get sketchy at times.
