Event party space up to 40 & guest house are avail as separate listings “Hickory Hall Event Venue” and “Country Cottage” The space There is a generous great room, a large kitchen and dining room, perfect for family and groups up to 10. Large outdoor areas are wonderful for walking, experiencing nature, quiet time, meditation. Stock pond pools are fun in the summer months. Enjoy the fire pit outside. The animals are all friendly and can be enjoyed upon request and with permission. ***Please note - the rental of the Ranch House alone does not give guests access to entire property. Ranch house has access to three patios and large grass area behind house. Additional use and exploration of property only with permission from host. ***If guest goes over the maximum allowance of 10 guests, fines will incur to guest. ***If guest wishes to invite people over for a gathering or celebration, there is an event venue that can be rented in addition to the Ranch House, if available. Host is happy to approve and coordinate this for guest. ***If an unauthorized party or gathering occurs, the sheriff will be called. Respect of the community is of utmost concern to the host. ***Please note, absolutely no dogs or animals allowed. ***Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house or on property other than front and back patio with use of smoking buckets provided. Extreme fire hazard in this area. Bedroom 1 has Bathroom 1 dedicated. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share Bathroom 2. Bedroom 4 has Bathroom 3 dedicated. Bedroom 5 has use of Bathroom 4 next door to bedroom. Guest access Guests may use the front patio of the house and the area behind the house - large grass area - up to the stone wall behind house. The pasture can be walked upon direction from host. Stock pond pools (in summer) and fire pit accessible for guests. PARKING is limited to immediately in front of the house and stacked on the garage driveway of the house. There is a clear parking map provided in the house. No parking anywhere else without prior consent of host. Other things to note Cleaning fee added to each booking. Upon check out, please place all trash in large trash cans behind property. Host is happy to show guest. Please strip used beds of LINENS only. Please leave mattress covers, comforters and throw blankets on beds. REMOVE ALL FOOD in refrigerator & entire kitchen. Otherwise, additional cleaning fee will be charged. Thank you
