Nestled in a peaceful community of 60 units, our charming retreat, unit 10 is within sunset beach community where you will find direct access to the crystal-clear waters of West Battle Lake. A short, scenic walk down 20 steps or a gentle ramp leads you to the dock and swimming area, where you can embrace the serenity of the lake. Children and the young at heart will delight in the nearby wooden playground, a perfect spot for family fun. Please note, all amenities are for your enjoyment at your own risk. Before you arrive, we kindly ask that you complete a pre-arrival form and review our rental conditions to ensure a smooth and memorable stay. Pet Rules: House-trained dogs, under 50 pounds only. Maximum of 3 dogs. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside. Dogs cannot be left alone inside the property unless crated. Guests must clean up all dog waste. Proof of vaccination required. Any unauthorized pets and/or excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee of $500. During your stay, you will have private access to the entire cabin. Before you leave, we kindly request that you: Turn off all lights Turn off the air conditioner Shut and lock the patio door and any windows that may be open. Wash used dishes Place all garbage in the community dumpster Place outside amenities that were used (outdoor chairs, cushions, etc.) back in the outside bench. Place the used towels in the shower. Cabin & Community Rules: Please be respectful of all neighbors within the community. No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. Please dispose of your garbage in the trash cans & dispose trash in the community dumpsters. No fish cleaning in the cabin. There is a fish cleaning house located near the center of the community (see #1 on map in welcome book in cabin) Place fish guts in a plastic bag in the freezer in the fish cleaning house when done. We have a septic system, only flush the 3 P’s – Pee, Poop and paper. Absolutely no flushing of wipes or feminine products is allowed. 2 vehicles are permitted per cabin. Park only in the designated parking spots for cabin #10. They are on the left side of the cabin. Do not park on the right side of the cabin. No parties or unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Boat trailers must be parked in the boat trailer parking area (see map Spot #4). They are not allowed to be parked next to the cabin due to limited space. Daytime boat parking is allowed ONLY on the left side of the dock on the inside (see map). No overnight boat or jet Ski parking is allowed outside of the owners' slips. Do not pull your boat up to shore. Quiet Hours must be observed between 10 pm and 8 am daily. Loud noise is prohibited, including loud music, extended dog barking, etc. Dogs MUST be kept on a leash at all times when on the common grounds, you are required to clean up after your dog. You must not leave the dog in the unit unattended for long periods of time. Proof of vaccinations must be made available upon request. Bonfires are permitted in the provided rings only. Wood may brought in or purchased locally if preferred. Swimming Area - please swim at your own risk and away from boat traffic. Children must be supervised. Beach chairs & toys must be picked up daily. Laundry is located in the community building right across from the cabin. It is $1 per load to wash and $1 to dry. Additional showers and rest rooms are also available in that same building. Please watch for children and watch your speed when driving in the community, recommended speeds are 5 mph and below. ATV’s are not allowed in the community.
