Other things to note By name and nature, Meadow Lodge is a sanctuary surrounded by woodland and beautiful wilderness. We allow nature to do what she does best by interfering as little as possible. This invites foxes, muntjack deer, squirrels and badgers to woodpeckers, buzzards and varied butterflies to name just a few. There are active honeybee apiaries in the far corner of the meadow tended by Peter (from the Cambridge Honeybee) who visits for a short time throughout the year and sometimes late in Summer evenings. The beauty lies in the rich biodiversity that thrives across the seasons and we hope visitors will appreciate this during their stay. Our vision for Meadow Lodge is to provide guests with both peaceful refuge and uplifting inspiration. The Lodge: a place to disconnect from the noise and distractions of everyday life. The Meadow: a space for quiet contemplation, creative calm and connecting with nature throughout the seasons. Cambridge: the city on our door step that offers all the cultural and historic enrichment you need for an energising urban experience.
