Located in Whitingham, just 20 minutes from Mount Snow & 30 minutes from Berkshire East Mountain for skiing. Also have access to the VAST trail system for snowmobiling. Only 5 minutes from Harriman Reservoir for summertime fun and nearby public golf courses. The space LOCATION & SETTING: Embrace the tranquility of Southern Vermont in our peaceful, family-friendly home. Just minutes from Wilmington's charming shops and restaurants. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Main Level: -Bedroom 1: Full size bunkbed & twin bed -Bedroom 2: King bed & twin bed with gorgeous mountain views. -Full Bathroom LIVING SPACE: -Kitchen: Fully equipped with new appliances and countertops. This includes, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, pancake griddle and blender. -Living Room: Cozy fire place and 55" LG Smart TV. Open space with large dining room table. Slider leads to upper deck with beautiful mountain views. Ground Level: -Bedroom 3: Queen bed & twin bed with beautiful mountain views. -Full Bathroom -Laundry Room -Family/Rec Room: 40" TV with firestick. Pellet stove, Pullout couch w/ queen size bed. Daybed couch. Family room has slider that leads to lower deck with beautiful mountain views. NOTE: We will supply guests with a bin of wood in the garage to be used inside or outside. Anything additional you must supply. You may also use dead sticks or fallen branches from the woods. We will also supply two bags of pellets for the pellet stove. NOTE: We will supply guests with one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom. NOTE: This property does not have A/C, but there is a fan in each bedroom. NOTE: House was recently just equipped with an Automatic standby generator! Guest access Full access to house, EXCEPT for lower level hall closest and garage refrigerator. Our driveway can accommodate 6 vehicles. Our doors are equipped with electronic locks. You will receive a unique code for entry that will only be valid during the duration of your booking. Connectivity: House has High Speed Fiber Internet. Other things to note - No pets permitted - No smoking or vaping in the house - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book. - Photo ID will be required upon check-in to ensure the guest on booking meets the 25-year-old requirement.
