The space Guest staying in this private room share access to common spaces and outdoor amenities such as the living area, kitchen, hot tub, backyard, parking and more with other guests. Other things to note House Rules & Additional Charges: Quiet Hours: No excess noise after 10 pm. Additional Services: Charged on top of the nightly rate if used. -Extra Room: $110 per night per room for access to any other bedroom. -Extra Towels: $25 laundry fee for using more than the 2 towels provided. -Kitchen Use: $25 cleaning fee applies for kitchen use. -Late Check-Out: Standard check-out is 10 am. Extended check-out until 12 pm is $50 per hour. After 12 pm, the rate is $25 per hour, based on availability. Guest Limit & Safety: Max occupancy is 2 guests. Property is equipped with outdoor security cameras. Unauthorized entry to other rooms, breaking house rules, or exceeding the guest limit will result in removal from the property without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit. A security deposit of $500.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.
