Come and discover the Pays du Der by staying in this superb charming half-timbered building, typical of the region. This vacation rental welcomes you all year round for your weekends (minimum two nights), holidays and all your events (family reunions, business seminars, etc.). It offers a large living room of 100 m² with living room and fireplace, games area, reading area with library, but also a piano, a dining area & a large kitchen with all the necessary amenities (dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave). Upstairs, find four uniquely styled bedrooms accommodating 8 people (extra cribs on request) as well as two bathrooms. Bed and bath linen provided, cleaning included in the price. Outside, you will enjoy 1000 m2 of wooded, enclosed and private garden! A barbecue area will delight you on sunny days! Possibility to access the garden by car. Check-in 3 p.m. / Check-out 11 a.m. In winter, heating is extra: 20 euros per night Discover the Pays du Der! 2 km from the gîte, find the sandy beaches of Lac du Der, but also its nautical resort with its marina, shops, restaurants, entertainment and the Joa Casino! Also nearby: bike paths, jet skiing, windsurfing, ranch, bowling, cinema, but also mini-golf, tree climbing and much more! Guest access Guests have access to every room in the house. No exceptions! They are the only ones living there. Other things to note There are baby safety features (windows, stairs...). Everything is provided for barbecue outside (tables, chairs...). Indoor fireplace and all fire equipment (wood...). Heating is to be paid upon arrival in winter (20 euros per night).
