One bedroom in house, please read add, thanks.

Hello. To avoid confusion its a 2 bedroom house and I will be in one bedroom so I am UNABLE to let out both rooms. The room a relaxing and is newly decorated, new matress (small double) new curtains, carpet, TV etc. I can accommodate 3 people if needed, but would be in a different room (1 double and 1 fold down single) please see pictures - Bedroom 2 Use of dining room if you need somewhere to work, use the kitchen, washing machine, oven,etc. Plenty of parking outside The space its a cosy well decorated house. well equipped kitchen, dining area. Your room has been recently decorated with new TV, new matress. electric blanket, tea and coffee facilities, TV.
