This modern five bedroom house is spread over two generous levels, giving families and groups plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. Please note: guests have access to three of the five bedrooms. One bedroom is reserved for the owner and is not available during your stay, and one additional bedroom is kept for an office/storage. The three guest bedrooms, together with the sofa beds , comfortably accommodate families. Upstairs and downstairs you will find comfortable living areas, each with cosy couches and sofa beds to accommodate extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and flows into a large dining area, perfect for shared meals and catching up after a big day out. For fun and relaxation, enjoy a game on the indoor pool table or unwind outside by the swimming pool. It is the ideal spot to cool off, relax in the sun and make the most of your stay. Two living areas with sofa beds and extra mattresses on request. There is also plenty of off street parking with space for up to ten vehicles. Whether you are relaxing by the pool, challenging friends to a game of pool or stretching out in one of the spacious living rooms, this property has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.p Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property including both upstairs and downstairs living areas, all bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining spaces, and laundry facilities. You’ll also have exclusive use of the outdoor swimming pool, pool table, and the spacious backyard. There is secure parking available for up to 10 vehicles on the property. Whether you’re relaxing inside or enjoying the outdoor areas, the entire space is yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our neighbors. • No parties or events . • Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the house; designated outdoor areas are available. • Pets may be allowed on request—please ask in advance. • Please ensure all doors are locked when leaving the property. • Swimming pool safety: The pool is deep all the way through, with no shallow end. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times. Use the pool at your own risk. • Additional guests beyond the booking number are not permitted without approval. • Check-in and check-out times are flexible where possible—just let us know!
