Our cosy, restful get-away, close to Yamba's iconic beaches is in the perfect location for a bush/beach escape. Just five minutes off the Pacific Highway and ten minutes from the beautiful town of Maclean, Mapleshack offers a comfortable, intimate, off-grid experience - all within a short drive to Yamba, Angourie, Brooms Head, Iluka and our favourite place for solitude, the stunning Sandon River. The space Our quaint shack has been thoughtfully built for a getaway for two. A queen bed in the spacious loft, along with a large opening skylight provides for the perfect night's sleep. The semi-undercover patio area is perfect for early morning cups of tea or to sit and view the stunning sunsets on offer in our quaint bush setting. The kitchen area is perfect for cooking small meals or lounging in comfort with a good book and a cup of locally brewed coffee. Our fully off-grid, solar powered shack is truly unique. Disconnect to reconnect and unwind in the comfort Mapleshack provides. Guest access Access Mapleshack via front entrance door under the car port that faces Gardiners Road. Please use glass sliding door in kitchen area for ventilation purposes only - access to back patio is restricted for privacy of owners. Other things to note Owners live on site in a separate dwelling. Mapleshack is named after our beautiful 9yr old family dog, Maple. You may meet her during your stay, rest assured she is friendly.
