Wake up to nothing but the sound of nature in a relaxing oasis, perfect for unplugging while admiring the view over the Valnerina and the Marmore Falls. Situated in the heart of Montefranco—a charming medieval village perched on the mountainside—the house offers an authentic and truly special atmosphere. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washing machine are included for maximum comfort. The kitchen, located on the lower floor, may be shared with another guest if the second room is occupied, but it is very spacious and features a large dining room. Welcome to a place that is deeply close to our hearts. This was my grandparents' home, and in preparing it to welcome you, I chose to preserve its original soul. You won't find cold or standardized spaces here; instead, you will experience the genuine warmth of a family home. The original furniture, books, and little details remain in their places—carefully tended to offer modern comfort without erasing their history. It is a welcoming retreat, perhaps imperfect like all authentic things, but full of a special charm that we hope will make your holiday unforgettable. The beauty of our B&B is the atmosphere created in the shared spaces, such as the kitchen and our terraces. To ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect the house's quiet hours and to leave the common areas clean and tidy after each use, just as you would wish to find them. Guest access You have access to your private apartment area as well as the entire house and shared areas such as the kitchen and terraces or other living rooms. The shared areas might only be shared with another guest in the event our other available room is booked, otherwise you have the entire property for yourself. The room is set up as a private apartment with its own locked door, hallway, bedroom, bathroom and balcony with amazing views.
