Our triple room is structured as an apartment within a large house in the heart of the historic town of Montefranco, where the view of the Valnerina Valley and the Marmore Falls will take your breath away. Spacious and welcoming, this apartment has a bedroom, private bathroom and a balcony while the kitchen is shared at the lower floor. Enjoy the silence of the village, the breathtaking views, and the unique atmosphere. The space The house is very spacious, featuring a triple bedroom in a private area with its own bathroom. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of nature in a relaxing oasis, perfect for unwinding while enjoying views of the Valnerina and the Marmore Falls. Located in the heart of Montefranco, a charming medieval town perched on top of the mountain, the house offers a truly special and authentic atmosphere. Free street parking is available just outside the property, and Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washing machine are provided for your comfort. The kitchen, located on the lower level, may be shared with another guest if the second room is booked, but it is very spacious and includes a large dining area. I’m always available to help with recommendations, local tips, and anything you may need during your stay. Guest access You have access to your private apartment area as well as the entire house and shared areas such as the kitchen and terraces or other living rooms. The shared areas might only be shared with another guest or couple in the event our other available room is booked, otherwise you have the entire property for yourself. The triple room is set up as a private apartment with its own locked door, hallway, bedroom, bathroom and balcony with amazing views.
