It consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 upstairs and 2 on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms with showers and bathtub, an office, perfect for working remotely, an equipped kitchen, a dining room as well as a spacious living room (with a sofa bed). The accommodation includes plenty of storage space in every room. The beds will be made upon your arrival and bath towels will be provided. ATTENTION!! The garden is not usable at the moment of or the low price. ⚠️ There is a camera on site: at the front door. IMPORTANT: We also require a deposit of €1000 before your arrival in order to protect us in the event of damage (bank loan). Several parking spaces are available free of charge for parking in front of the house. Ideally located about an hour from Paris, Rouen and the Normandy coast such as Deauville or Honfleur, this house is the perfect base for discovering the treasures of Normandy. Ideal for relaxing, resting and enjoying all the benefits of Normandy charm. Only 8 minutes from the highway, train station or all amenities (shopping centers, cinema, golf, swimming pool, castles...). The house is located 18km from Giverny.
