The space We love the views of Lake Ginninderra which can be seen from almost every room of our 8th floor apartment. The living room opens up to the balcony with outdoor seating. We have provided a Tontine Comfortech Charcoal Infused Memory Foam Topper and a variety of pillows for the sofa bed. Smart TV is connected to the internet and also has free-to-air connection. The modern dining area can seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, Espressotoria coffee machine, dishwasher and enough glassware, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and utensils for at least 6 guests. Both bedrooms have Koala brand mattresses (king and double) and a range of pillows - memory foam, high, low, medium, soft etc. Both bathrooms include various Sukin toiletries. The main bedroom has a workspace with desk / dresser. The laundry space includes washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board. The apartment is professionally cleaned including laundering of bedding and towels. We have included a picnic basket and rug for guests who might like to take a picnic down to Lake Ginninderra or perhaps another Canberra outdoor location or day trip to NSW coastal or mountain areas. Communal spaces… Republic Building Level 14 has a rooftop BBQ area with stunning 360 degrees views of Belconnen and beyond. There is a large indoor Event Space on Level 13 of the Dusk Building (see photos) with comfortable seating, kitchen, lounge, library - available 7am-10pm. These communal spaces can be booked through us (2 days notice). You are welcome to go up and use the spaces without booking if you are flexible (in case of other pre-booked events). Guest access The apartment is all yours for the duration of your stay :)
