The space The space: A street away from the shops, (1-2 minutes walk) which includes Woolworths Supermarket, Bakery, Fish n Chip, Dancing Wok, Pizza Hut , Gelare, Cafes, Pharmacy and Medical to name a few. Cottage House is ideally located and just a 4 minute walk away from the Aubin Grove Train Station, which can take you to Perth City, down to Mandurah and is one stop from Cockburn Gateways. Inside, the living space has large sofa seating in the open plan living area, as well as a separate cosy 'snug' where you can close the doors and get lost reading or relaxing or watching TV (with Netflix). There is a Nespresso Pod coffee maker and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The kitchen is equipped modern appliances with everything you’ll need to enjoy a meal at home. It includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, Phillips Air Fryer, kettle and toaster. There are three bedrooms within the property. The Main bedroom features a queen bed, ensuite and a large walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and standard wardrobe, whilst bedroom 3 contains a double bed, accommodating six guests in total.
