The property is a 1,300 sq ft bungalow with a full basement, located in the town of Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba. There are plenty of amenities close by including a grocery store and restauranti. The space We are a 4 season house with 2,500 sq. ft of guest accessible space located in the town of Winnipeg Beach. The property is ideally located for ice fishing with close proximity to Lake Winnipeg 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. Close to several restaurants and stores (grocery store is located across the street). The Property Master Bedroom features comfortable King size mattress with a seating area and in-room work space. 2nd bedroom features a double lower bottom bunk and a single top bunk and double bed. This room can comfortably accommodate 2-3 adults. The 3rd bedroom is located in the basement with 2 queen beds and sleeps 2-4 people. The 4th bedroom is located in the den space in the basement off the Rec-Room. Separated by walnut room dividers this space has 2 queen beds and sleeps 2-4 people. This space has a legal sized egress window. An additional sleeping space with double bed is also located off the rec-room and separated by walnut room dividers. The dining room is located on the main floor. Plenty of room to enjoy meals with the family, currently set up to seat 6 but additional chairs are available for use. BBQ and utensils are provided for outdoor cooking. BBQ is located on the front deck. Please ensure it is cooled and covered after use. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender and basic pantry staples to make you're retreat with us as home-like as possible. Guest access Parking on the parking pad ( accessed from back lane), or on the front and side street. Winnipeg beach is a quaint town with restaurants, shops and fishing spots. A guest guide will be provided at the property with a list of local amenities, and restaurants. Other things to note Wifi and cable television are included. The property has Smart TV's to allow you to stream your own movies and shows to the TV (you must have your own account to the streaming service you wish to use). The TV in the living room is equipped with cable and all other TV's also have Amazon Fire Sticks. Property features an accessible ramp to the front door and seamless transition into the house via the patio door.
