The space 🏡 The apartment is located within a rustic property with five apartments (some improvements are currently underway). The entrance to the second floor is at the front of the building. 🍽️ 🧂☕️ Guests are welcome to use everything they need in the accommodation, including extra sheets and towels, and basic streaming services (Netflix and Apple TV). 🚴🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️🏕️🚶🚗 The area has a suburban atmosphere and there is some constant noise from people passing by, nearby shops, and the IBM headquarters, which is also nearby. We recommend that you check the area on the map before booking (Endicott, NY, town in Broome County) and if you want a totally residential area, please do not book this space so that you do not affect us with a bad review for this reason. You can also ask us if we have other options with different costs in another area of the city. 🦮🌳 There are nearby places to walk or stroll with your pet: George W. Johnson Park Carousel, Jennie F Snapp Park, and West Endicott Park. ❓⚠️ IMPORTANT: For long stays, please read the additional rules regarding solvency, financial guarantees, or deposits, or contact us before confirming your reservation. Other things to note 🙏 We do not charge a cleaning fee in order to maintain the best price. We only ask that you leave the apartment tidy when you leave (do not leave dirty dishes, a dirty stove, scattered trash, etc.); otherwise, we will require payment of a cleaning fee starting at $60.00. Please note that we do NOT ask you to clean, sweep, mop, or vacuum; we take care of the general cleaning after your departure. Please just leave the trash in its place, do not leave food scattered around, do not stain the bedding, etc. 💲 For long stays, we offer special discounts ranging from 10% to 50%, negotiable depending on the number of days. 🪪 As mentioned in the description, after booking you must send via Airbnb chat, valid ID of all adults who will be staying without exceptions ☑️ If you do not send the IDs, you will not receive the information to enter the apartment 🚫🔑. If you do not agree we recommend to cancel immediately for a refund, otherwise the cancellation policy will apply. ⚠️ For long stays (more than 20 days), please take into account the additional rules of the house, about cleaning, limit of guests and pets, verification of documents, among others. ❌Smoking is not allowed inside the spaces, if the rule is broken we will make the additional charge or penalty of $ 100 to $ 200 for cleaning and deodorization. ✅ It is allowed on the porch or patio where we have ashtrays available.
