Villa Tiwinass is a charming, single-storey riad-style villa, welcoming, peaceful and full of character, located just 10 minutes from Jemaa el-Fna Square and 15 minutes from Marrakech Airport. It is situated at km 7 on the Ourika Road. Set in a calm and relaxing environment, the villa offers the perfect space for family stays or holidays with friends. The villa features a beautiful garden, a swimming pool, and everything has been thoughtfully designed to ensure your comfort and relaxation. The space With its bright rooms and traditional touches, this house exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The private, secluded pool, separated from the garden, is perfect for relaxation, and a barbecue is available for sharing simple, enjoyable moments. Each space reflects the charm of Morocco in an authentic and unpretentious style. The villa is equipped with fiber-optic internet and a functional, fully equipped kitchen (American-style fridge, dishwasher, wine cooler, and many other appliances, all listed in the description). The villa, entirely on one level, offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom to ensure comfort and privacy. The master suite and the blue bedroom are air-conditioned, while the poolside bedroom has a fan. The Master Suite This suite features a functional space with a practical desk area and an integrated bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and includes a laundry area as well as a separate toilet. The Blue Room This spacious bedroom has a separate bathroom equipped with a shower cabin. It also offers plenty of storage space. The Poolside Room Located near the pool, this bedroom with an entrance outside, features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Its location provides direct access to the outdoor space and the pool. Guest access Travelers have exclusive access to the pool, which is fully reserved for villa guests. This space guarantees complete privacy. The garden, separated from the terrace with the pool, is also accessible to guests. Stretching along the property, it offers a pleasant and peaceful space that might occasionally be shared with me or other tenants. At the far end of the garden, there is a small apartment where I am very rarely present. If I happen to be there, rest assured that my presence will not disturb your stay in any way. On the contrary, I will be available to assist you or address any of your needs if required. This small apartment can also be added as a supplement to the villa rental. It offers 3 additional beds, making it an ideal option to accommodate more guests. As for Nina, my little cat, she sometimes roams the garden but never enters the villa. Other things to note Only guests registered at the time of check-in are allowed to access the property. Any invitation of a third party must be requested and approved by the host in advance. Parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Moroccan laws must be respected (illegal activities are strictly forbidden).
