Description
Farm stay luxury in the Noosa Hinterland. Stunning home in Pinbarren - gorgeous country retreat complete with fireplace and heated magnesium plunge pool. The space “Banyan View” named after the majestic Banyan Fig tree alongside the home, is set on 75 acres in the heart of the Noosa Hinterland. For those who enjoy dining out, this peaceful, private getaway is just a short drive to the historic villages of Pomona, Cooran and Kin Kin, 20 minutes to Cooroy and 40 minutes to Noosa Main Beach. For the more active members of your group The Noosa Trail network is at your doorstep and the property borders Woondum National Park. Two creeks run through the property (look out for platypus!) and there is an established orchard & citrus garden to wander through and farm fresh vegetable gardens close to the house. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful with fire pit, large outdoor deck and dining area. You will never want to leave. The Space The light-filled and spacious pavilion-style home was architecturally designed by Brisbane award winning architect BASE Architecture. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, the open plan living flows to a fully screened wraparound north-east facing deck. Featuring spotted gum flooring inside and on the deck, high ceilings and banks of louvers to filter breezes, the bi-fold stacker doors and bi-fold servery window create a sense of openness and flow. Relax in comfort all year round with a 2-way indoor/outdoor wood burning fireplace (timber & kindling provided) and reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Bedroom One has a queen bed and Bedroom Two has a king bed which can be split into two long single beds, allowing two separate beds. Please specify your preferred sleeping arrangements when booking, we are happy to accommodate. Guest access Guests are able to access the house via farm gates down a separate, private driveway with on-site parking for two cars. There is a key lock box for check-in and check-out. A code will be provided before arrival. Other things to note The house is ideal for couples and adult guests, or small family holidays (it is not suitable for children under the age of 10) Complimentary tea, coffee and essential cooking supplies are provided. As the property is on septic (with a biolytic wastewater system), all natural toiletries and cleaning products must be used. We have provided these for guests’ convenience and would ask that guests refrain from using any of their own toiletries that are not natural and could damage the septic. Nothing other than toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet The house is on tank water, so it would be appreciated if you could use water responsibly.
