Only 3 housing units, in an elegant and quiet setting, with an elevator and independent entrance. The apartment, furnished with quality finishes, combines style and functionality to offer you a comfortable and unique stay. The open kitchen, modern and complete with top-of-the-line appliances, accommodates up to 6 people with an extendable table, and a coffee corner with NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto machine and first capsule supply included. The bright living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the Cathedral Bell Tower, furnished for moments of relaxation, and has a double sofa bed and 40" HD TV. The windowed bathroom has a large shower, a washing machine, and laundry products (detergent + softener). The master bedroom is an oasis of comfort with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe with a full-length mirror, a dedicated desk for work, and classy details such as a lampshade and velvet bench. The second, separate bedroom offers a comfortable bunk bed for 3 people, perfect for families or groups. The apartment is air-conditioned, with exposed beams and parquet in every room, and from its windows you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of the historic streets and Piazza del Duomo, a short walk away. An authentic and refined experience, ideal for experiencing Crema with all the comforts of home. Guest access The building is accessed from an entrance shared with the other two housing units, and access to the apartment is independent on that floor, via elevator or stairs. The apartment is delivered thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to ensure maximum safety. Other things to note Bed sheets and towels are included in the price.
