Centrally located between Milwaukee and Chicago, as well as Lake Geneva and Kenosha, there is always something happening just a short drive in any direction. The space If these walls could talk, they would tell you about the countless hours of unforgettable moments, the endless amount of laughter between friends and the food that brought everyone together. This home offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that’s been recently renovated. An air mattress is also available upon request. The driveway is large enough to park your boat trailer/snowmobile trailer and multiple cars. Lago Amore is countless hours in the hot summer sun and cooling off in the lake. This home is more than just a place to stay. The Memories that will be cherished and remembered for a lifetime are meant to be made here. Friends become family under this roof. The large deck and comfy chairs are perfect for grilling out with your friends and family. The fire-pit is the perfect spot for making s’mores, telling stories and looking at the stars. Two Kayaks are available for your leisure and can be launched at the point of the channel. Paddock lake offers multiple beaches to enjoy and the locals favorite sand bar. Most weekends, the sand bar is a host of friends and family coming together with music and a possible game of water volleyball. Everyone who comes to the sand bar is welcomed to join the entertainment. On Thursday nights, live music is played at the band shell at old settlers park, where you can see boats anchored in the sandbar listening to the music. If you are visiting during the cold months, this house still doesn’t disappoint. Kenosha county is home to lakes that host ice fishing derbies and other winter activities. Lake Geneva’s Winterfest is home to America’s Snow Sculpting Invitational. The shopping in LG never disappoints. The Pleasant Prairie Prime Outlets is just a 15 minute drive and The Gurnee Mills Mall is 30 minutes, making this the perfect spot to stay if you need retail therapy. If staying home and getting comfy is on your mind, this house is perfect for that, too! Snuggle up on the comfy couch with a good book or a movie and turn on the electric fireplace. Nothing beats a comfy night in to get away from the cold! Paddock lake is unlike any other community in the area. Guest access The entire house is accessible for the guest, except for the garage. Other things to note Driveway is large enough to park a boat trailer. Public launch point on the east side of the lake. 1 side of a private pier to keep your boat or other watercraft. GOLF CART AVAILABLE TO RENT FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE, at owners discretion. DRIVERS LICENSE AND SEPARATE WAIVER REQUIRED. MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO OPERATE.
