Welcome to our beautiful, Victorian two-storey home in the heart of Bedminster. This listing offers a double bedroom, carefully decorated and furnished with shared bathroom, living and kitchen facilities. Please note, due to the fact we both work from home we cannot accept guests looking to do the same. The space The listing for this property offers a stylish bedrooms. Carefully decorated and with its own locks to provide our guests with comfort during their stay. We have prioritised comfort with a luxurious mattress, bedding and pillows to give you the upmost experience following busy days exploring Bristol. The shared living room and dining room captures the essence of our personalities and travels, with a smart TV fully equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Stylish L-shaped sofa, reading chair opposite an array of our favourite books, log burner and dinning area to accommodate four. This follows into our newly decorated kitchen with top of the range SMEG appliances, washing machine, dishwasher and a modern bathroom with both a shower and bath, all in which we will share. You are welcome to use utensils, dinner sets, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, extra towels and all other essentials during your stay. One of our favourite parts of the property is the Mediterranean themed garden with a bistro table and chairs. We are (trying & hopefully successfully by your stay) growing olives, fresh herbs and lavender that you are welcome to pick at, if they have sprung during your stay as long as you don’t mind watering what’s left! Guest access As well as your bedroom, you have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and garden throughout your stay. During your stay We’ll be there during your stay, so give us a shout if you need anything! Equally, we appreciate you may be using the room as a getaway so please let us know whether you want interaction or whether you would rather not! Other things to note This is not a party house. You are welcome to play music, eat, drink and socialise in the house and garden until around 10pm. We have lovely neighbours (an older couple on one side and a young family on the other) who we very much value and respect.
