Just 12 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, 15 minutes from Sainte-Victoire Mountain and 20 minutes from the beaches, it offers a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the area. The Villa With an area of 116 m², the villa is south-facing and has no neighbors. It is located on a 1000 m² closed lot, including: • Parking, • A secure swimming pool (remote-controlled roller shutter), • A volleyball court, • A pétanque court, • A ping pong table, • A lawn and a vegetable garden, • A barbecue, • Children's games. The interior of the accommodation The entrance overlooks a large 50 m² living room, open to the terrace and pool.
