You can reach the center of Bologna and experience the city in 15 minutes by bus or use the train station. Convenient street parking, shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and shopping street, all under the house. Very close to Bellaria Hospital and 20 minutes from Sant'Orsola Hospital. The space The apartment is in the center on the 5th floor of an elegant building with an elevator, consisting of a large living room with a 55-inch smart TV, a sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom (with the possibility of a third bed), a single bedroom with a bathroom and a private terrace, two bathrooms, and a large panoramic terrace. All the fixtures are made of PVC with double glazing and there are hot/cold air conditioners. Upon entering you will find: Entrance: comfortable and spacious, from which you can access the room overlooking the terrace that overlooks the central square, offering a splendid view of the Bolognese hills and San Luca. Kitchen: equipped with everything you need to cook, pots, dishes, induction cooker, oven, and fridge. Living room: spacious and bright, equipped with a modern sofa that can become a bed if necessary. You can spend relaxing evenings, enjoying the streaming services available on the large smart TV by connecting your Netflix/Prime/Disney account, etc. Study: For those who need a space dedicated to remote working, you will find a comfortable desk in an extremely bright environment.
