Other things to note This tiny house (8'x16') efficiently uses the space to provide everything you need for an overnight stay. -Conveniently located off I-70 between two exits. Travelers can continue on their way without needing to retrace their steps. -Keyless entry allows guests to arrive late and leave early making it to their destination in great time. -A good night's sleep. Guests enjoy the great mattresses, super soft sheets, multiple pillows, and room darkening curtains. Note: there is a train that may or may not come through the area, so ear plugs are provided. - Heating and cooling are included with the remote controlled mini split, and a ceiling fandelier (a chandelier with a hide-away fan). - Hot shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels provided. -Morning coffee with k-cup coffees, cream and sugars available, is just the start!
